Professional Practice
All consultations are carried out by a fully qualified herbalist and naturopath. Each session includes a detailed case history and holistic assessment to understand the root causes of imbalance and provide personalised, supportive care.
All information shared during consultations is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. The therapeutic space is one of safety, compassion, and trust.
Diagnostic Methods
Consultations may include gentle, non-invasive naturopathic assessments such as:
- Tongue and pulse analysis
- Iridology (iris analysis)
- Blood pressure checks
- Auscultation (listening to heart or lung sounds, if appropriate)
- Laboratory testing, where relevant (testing fees are not included in consultation cost
Herbal & Naturopathic Treatments
Following consultation, an individualised treatment plan may include:
- Herbal tinctures
- Dried herbs for infusions
- Balms, ointments, powders, or poultices
- Recommendations for supplements, homeopathic remedies, tissue salts
-Recommendation for functional testing
All herbal preparations are tailor-made and generally ready the following working day but may take up to three working days. Postage and packing to the UK is £7 but may be more depending what has been prescribed.
Communication with Your GP
In some circumstances, it may be necessary to contact your GP for safety or collaborative care, such as when considering potential medication interactions. This will only be done with your consent unless required by law.
Data Protection & GDPR
All personal data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for your care.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless legally required.
- You may request to view, correct, or delete your information at any time.
- Records are securely retained for 7 years (or until a child client reaches age 25), in line with legal and insurance requirements.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. This is taken at the same time as booking in an initial 90-minute consultation through acuity scheduling.
- The remaining balance is due after your appointment, along with any applicable costs for herbal preparations.
- Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance will have the deposit transferred or refunded upon request.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
Client Agreement
By booking and attending a consultation, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Naturopathic and herbal support is complementary and does not replace medical advice or treatment.
- Clients consent to the use of non-invasive diagnostic techniques as described above.
- Clients agree to provide full and accurate health information and to update the practitioner on any changes in medical conditions or medications.
- Clients will inform the practitioner if pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become so.
- All shared information remains confidential.
- Clients consent to the collection and secure storage of their personal data in accordance with GDPR.
- Clients understand and agree to the stated cancellation policy.
- Anonymous case details may be used for educational or publication purposes; personal identity will always remain confidential.
