Hello!
I’m Izzy, a certified naturopath (ND), clinical herbalist, and iridologist with a deep passion for supporting people through all stages of life.
I live with my family on a semi off-grid smallholding in the Buckinghamshire countryside. When I’m not in my clinic, you’ll often find me tending to my herb garden, chasing chickens through the vegetable beds, or simply enjoying quiet moments with my family as we care for our land.
My professional training includes four diplomas from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, alongside a 400-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification. I also have a degree in politics and human sciences and hold additional diplomas and certifications in holistic nutrition and transformational coaching, which all weave together to inform my integrative approach.
As an active member of the ANP and GNC, I continue to deepen my expertise through specialist CPD and ongoing study. I also love sharing my knowledge through talks, workshops, retreats, and as a speaker at wellness events and podcasts, as well as creating educational content for health and wellbeing professionals.
From a young age, my life was shaped by travel and exposure to many different cultures, which opened my eyes to diverse ways of living, healing, and being. I spent much of my childhood immersed in nature and was often cared for with natural remedies – experiences that quietly planted the seeds for my path ahead. Although I went on to receive an honours degree at university, I knew deep down that this wasn’t the direction I was called to follow. At that time, I found myself drawn to yoga, exploring nutrition, and devouring books on self-healing and natural health. This growing curiosity soon became a clear calling, and in 2003, I took my first formal step into holistic health by completing a diploma in holistic nutrition – the beginning of a lifelong journey in supporting others to heal and thrive.
Over the years, as I grew my family and raised my four boys, my offerings naturally expanded to include yoga, breath work, and advanced nutritional therapy. This rich foundation led me to create a naturopathic health coaching practice where, between 2019 and 2024, I had the privilege of guiding over 800 women through transformative life stages – from early motherhood to menopause and beyond – with an approach rooted in naturopathy, functional medicine, and trauma-informed coaching.
Having experienced the profound healing of herbal medicine and iridology in my own life, I felt deeply called to specialise in these modalities. Today, I run a thriving herbal clinic and dispensary, working with clients of all ages to support a wide range of health concerns – from digestive and skin imbalances to autoimmunity and chronic conditions.
My work weaves modern naturopathic principles with the timeless wisdom of nature, drawing inspiration from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western herbalism. I believe that the natural world offers deep nourishment and guidance, and I bring these insights into every client’s journey towards balance, resilience, and wholeness.
Alongside my clinical practice, I offer consultancy for holistic businesses such as yoga studios and retreats, supporting them to expand and refine their wellbeing services with integrity and vision. I also mentor student and graduate health coaches, naturopaths, and yoga teachers, empowering them to build confident, purpose-led practices that feel aligned and sustainable.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to honour each person’s unique path, supporting them to reconnect with their inner strength, restore balance, and thrive in a way that feels true to them.
