Hello

I’m Izzy, a certified naturopath (ND), clinical herbalist, and iridologist with a deep passion for supporting people through all stages of life.

I live with my family on a semi off-grid smallholding in the Buckinghamshire countryside. When I’m not in my clinic, you’ll find me tending to my herb garden, chasing chickens through the vegetable beds, or simply enjoying quiet moments with my family as we care for our land.

My professional training includes four diplomas from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, alongside a 400-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification. I also have a degree in politics and human sciences and hold additional diplomas and certifications in holistic nutrition and transformational coaching, which all weave together to inform my integrative approach.

As an active member of the ANP and GNC, I continue to deepen my expertise through specialist CPD and ongoing study. I also love sharing my knowledge with others through talks, workshops, retreats, and as a speaker at wellness events and on podcasts, as well as creating educational content and offering mentor services for health and wellbeing professionals.

My Story

I have always felt deeply attuned to the natural rhythms of life. Travelling with my family and experiencing diverse cultures opened my eyes to the many ways people live, heal, and connect to the world around them. Much of my childhood was spent outdoors, immersed in nature and cared for with natural remedies. These gentle experiences helped sow the seeds of the path I am so happy to walk today.

Although I received an honours degree in politics, I always sensed a pull toward something more holistic and heart-led. As a young 20-something living in the city, I found myself caught in the corporate rush; burnt out, disconnected, and searching for meaning. That’s when I began turning inward and found myself drawn to yoga, holistic nutrition, and began devouring every book I could find on self-healing and natural health.

What began as curiosity soon became a calling. In 2003, I took my first formal step into the world of natural health, completing a diploma in holistic nutrition. This was the beginning of a lifelong journey supporting others to heal, reconnect, and thrive. Over the years, I grew my family and raised my four boys. My offerings then evolved to include yoga, breath work, and advanced nutritional therapy. This foundation led me to create a naturopathic health coaching practice where, between 2019 and 2024, I had the privilege of guiding over 800 women in holistic health coaching on specific 1:1 and group programs and within workshops, events and retreats. My approach has always been rooted in naturopathy, functional medicine, nature-based healing and trauma-informed coaching.

Having experienced the deep, transformative healing of herbal medicine and iridology in my own life - and witnessing the powerful way people remember and reconnect with plants, I felt a strong pull to learn more and specialise in herbal medicine.

Today, I run a thriving herbal clinic and stock an abundantly-rich dispensary. I work with individuals of all ages to support a wide range of health concerns – from digestive and skin imbalances to autoimmunity and chronic conditions.

My work weaves modern naturopathic principles with the timeless wisdom of nature, drawing inspiration from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western herbalism. I believe that the natural world offers deep nourishment and guidance, and I bring these insights into every client’s journey towards balance, resilience, and wholeness.

Alongside my clinical practice, I offer consultancy for holistic businesses such as yoga studios and retreat organisers, supporting them to expand and refine their wellbeing services with integrity and vision. I also mentor student and graduate health coaches, naturopaths, and yoga teachers, empowering them to build confident, purpose-led practices that feel aligned and sustainable.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to honour each person’s unique path, supporting them to reconnect with their inner strength, restore balance, and thrive in a way that feels true to them.
