Health Coach business Mentoring
Getting started is always the hardest bit. I’ve been there and remember this part well from when I set up in 2019.
Since then, I have worked with over 800 women in my health coaching career, helping them smash their health goals and take ownership of their health and wellness as they move forward.
I have also invested in my own coaches and mentors to develop my understanding of how to run a thriving business and today apply my skills and expertise into my own mentoring for future health coaches ready to make an impact in the world.
Today, I lecture on the CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) Health Coach diploma course in London and also mentor with the ANP (Association for Naturopathic Practitioners) for existing members and students. I have supported yoga teachers, Nutritional Therapists and Naturopaths with integrating Health Coaching to grow their conscious and aligned businesses, helping them find their unique voice. Because I am so passionate about coaching and see so much value in this work, I love to share my work, what worked for me, what definitely didn’t! and my extensive list of resources and go-tos from building a starter coaching course to how to ask powerful conversations in clinic.
