We all have different causes that drain us and make us feel tired and overwhelmed. And we all have different tools which enable us to fill our cups and get back to how we usually feel.
For some, that's the very definition of self care; learning when you are at the edge of what you can handle and then learning how you can hit the reset button. Unfortunately for many people, when you say self care it makes them think you are being selfish. In fact though, self care is more about making sure that the best of you can be available for everyone, at any time, and that you can give your all to your work, to your friends, to your family, and to yourself.
