I've created this simple check list for if / when you find yourself in isolation over the next few months. With 4 children and a husband working in London I feel I may be needing this myself soon!
Go ahead and print this off and have it somewhere you can see it every day as a little self care accountibility reminder.
If you're currently quarantining, remember this is only a temporary situation. Soon this will pass. Take this as a time to slow down, connect with yourself and those in your bubble. More than anything treat yourself with kindness and know that you are not alone.
